It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of Carl Harstine. Carl was a vital part of the HEROES organization and he participated in our fundraising efforts when we were raising the money needed to build our monument. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his extended family. Carl will be missed by all those who knew him. May God Bless.
